Had problems with my labs not getting ordered up and put into the system correctly. Had to make a second trip only to find out the input information was incorrect and had to be corrected.
I think that have been great. I had to go and see about have a Rx picked up in Springfield rather than at the Dayton Pharmacy and they had it filled before I arrived at the clinic.
Springfield VA Clinic is amazing. The people are knowledgeable, kind & have always been very friendly. Taking my Dad there, not knowing what I was doing, they were very helpful. I can't say anything negative about any of the times we've been there.
Nothing less than a joke. My appointment just vanished that I had to be waiting on since August when I had to get approved by them! So who called and cancelled my appointment? If anything, VA should be shut down and restarted because THEY SUCK! Furthermore, I have to wait another month, March 2 to be seen! Thank God I have insurance! None of the VA's Community Clinic based are linked, every time you move you have to register and wait for a "phone" call that they never give you!
