I didnt even step foot in this place. The doctor from the prenatal care center calls me just to hang up in my face. Very rude and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Your a doctor lady you should know better. I am very pregnant and very disgusted.

When Dr Ortiz act like he know and guess its infection I already went to hospital for this not get better and nothing he can do I'm gonna look for another family Dr he a freaking joke! Behind my Cochliar implant he act like he know everything no he don't and he know I can't MRI I have mangent inside head smfh he so rude didnt give time explain and he just get up and go! Wow smh total rude wasted my time
TERRIBLE!!! I think all doctors are volunteer? No consistency with care. Waited two hours past scheduled appointment time "because they had a lot of sick walk-ins"... guess what? That's why we were there, too!! Totally unprofessional. Doctor came in for five minutes then left saying he had to "check on something"... 1/2 later still not back... so we just left. We will transferring all records to Ohio Pediatrics.
Staff is polite and professional. The Dr. I see is amazing. I would reccomend this place to anyone.
