Caring staff, clean rooms, knowledgeable doctors.
The only thing I didn't like was the food but you're allowed to have someone bring you something else if you want.
Important place in town
For the most part this place is great (my experience was in-patient only)
This place is literally the biggest joke. My fiance is schizophrenic, and has been out of his medication for months (already an unsafe situation) so he called in October to schedule an appointment. They said they couldn't get him in until January 12th, so he accepted. Well, he called about a week ago because he was having some sort of a schizophrenic attack and hallucinating. These idiots told him that he never scheduled an appointment and he was not in their system. Wrong! I have taken him to numerous appointments there and I was with him when he set up this appointment. I love him dearly and it's bad enough having to see him go through this, but the fact that they flat out told him there's nothing they can do for him is bullshit. Why are they even there?? They need to be shut down! I hope they know that if anything happens to him, they are going to have a huge lawsuit on their hands.
Can be very unprofessional, sometimes speaks to the other employees as if they are unable to learn, speaks about clients as if they are beneath them.
