I called 1-2 days before I was supposed to move slightly panicked after reading reviews about U-Haul's customer service and found the person at Sleeping Bear to be very friendly and helpful. He quoted the price of the truck to be reasonable and mentioned the drop-off service for after hours (I needed it Saturday and they would've been closed by the time I was finished). Last minute, I found someone who had a truck and didn't need to use Sleeping Bear. I called the morning of the move to cancel the truck and the same person was very nice about. He even gave me back my $100 deposit and there was no charge for the truck!
