Highly satisfied. We brought our new living room furniture home yesterday evening and are quite pleased!
Watch out when buying from them I bought a rocker recliner and when I went back to pick it up one of the salesman told me it would be a minute or to so I walked around and went to show my parents what chair I had bought and I noticed it was gone. They tried to sell me a floor model and not even tell me and when I asked him about it he had a terrified look on his face and said they had no more in the back and told me they could order me one but it would take two weeks the. I proceeded to ask if they always do this and he said if they don't have them in the back they will . This was terrible customer service be careful when buying from here.

They were nice while I was deciding on my furniture choices. When they called me to set-up a delivery time they were rude and acted as if they could care less about my purchase or me as a customer. They literally had an I don't care attitude! Being a single mom who bought two bed room suites I thought they'd appreciate my business. I would not recommend them because they obviously don't appreciate their customers. I'm a military veteran and I can't believe they'd treat anyone this way! They didn't know I'm military but you really should appreciate all your customers! I will not buy anymore furniture at this store and I recommend you find somewhere else as well!
I am an Army ROTC college student in Colorado now but as a former empoyee I can tell you Lower Valley Furniture is great because they care! That's what seperates them from the competition.
