I have been a customer at this company's other location for years. They seriously have the best deals in town. I heard they opened up this store this month and it is by far the biggest location. The selection is huge! I bought my girl this new reclining sectional she hasn't shut up about in months. Thank you for the great deal and ending the constant nagging from my partner!
Employee on the phone was not helpful, was rude, acted as if I was wasting his time, cussed at me, and then hung up on me. I'm assuming all because I asked a question he did not know the answer to immediately. UPDATE this is obviously not a fake account as implied by the business owner. And isn't it rather telling that instead of reaching out to someone who had a bad experience with your company, you would stoop to insulting or discrediting them?
We didn't purchase anything but the items in the store looked really nice with attractive prices. I would consider this furniture store for future purchases.
