I had a very large poster mounted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I was pleased with the work they did. The poster was mounted very well, nice and flat. Looks great - however a couple corners look like they had been dented somewhat when I went to pick it up. Not a big deal, but I did pay an extra 10 dollars because of the size of the poster, and they could've taken off the extra amount for the mistake.
No biggie though, it still looks awesome! 3 1/2 stars?
Love, love this place! Frame Haven has done such a good job with every piece I've given them. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I've worked with Audrey the most and she always has great suggestions and allows me all the time I need. Prices are excellent too! Custom framing is not cheap, but they've worked to make it as affordable as possible. Support this business, you will not be disappointed!
