I moved in to my house on March 1st. Upon moving in I did have an issue with the electricity not working in my kitchen and the drain for the washer flooded my kitchen. The issues happened on two separate occasions. When I called Maintenence they put in the work order and someone showed up the next day. The issues were taken care of right away and I've had no further issues since. I really appreciate the prompt response. The rent is reasonable and I even have 2 pets. I'm pleased with my house and with Roost.
I recently signed a lease through Roost. The staff made the process very easy and were super nice. I haven't had a single issue. Me and my daughter love our new place. Thanks Roost!!
We used Ben Webster as our agent for the purchase of house in Springfield. This was the smoothest house buying experience I have ever had...and it was a bank owned property! Horrible! People and the work ethic are horrible. I used them to manage my house, the city sent me a warning about the grass needing cut. I contacted Gretchen and she went to investigate??? She didn't even check the back yard , she didn't even get out the car obviously. The backyard grass was 6 ft tall. She called me back and said everything was fine. The city again contacts me via mail. So I sent my mother over.
When Roost took over management of our rental property some years back we were not certain what to expect. Much to our delight they proved themselves to be very expert in every respect. No matter what the problem that was presented to them they were quick to respond. Their staff were not only friendly but very quick and qualified to handle the problems that needed to be dealt with. If not for my present age I would be more than happy to be able to procure a house from them. I would suggest that anyone hoping to buy a house or looking for a rental connect with them. I guarantee that you will be satisfied.
Then I contact the "boss" Gretchens father, complete waste of time he made excuse after excuse for her. Waste of time and effort.
