Worst food I had ever gotten from Cassanos!! Pizza, ravioli and sub were all burnt!! Just lost my business!!!

I've always gotten great pizzas here.... Didn't care for there subs.
Everytime I go to Springfield I get cassanos pizza love the thine crust.
There crust tastes like cardboard loaded with topping. I honestly couldn't finish the cowzone! And there was water dripping from the ceiling and it wasn't even wet or raining outside. I suggest ordering somewhere else.
