I was very pleased with the services rendered at Hometown Urgent Care. When I called for information I was informed that a shot I would probably need was only available at a different location than the one I was going to go to. That saved me some time and ensured I would get what I needed taken care of before their offices closed. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all very nice, efficient and professional. This was my first time using an urgent care facility anywhere and I am glad this option is available because it saved me time, money and possibly a much worse infection.

Receptionist, nurse and Dr. treat patients like customers at a fast food restaurant. Without an examination was told to go to an ER. Charged a copay that I didn't owe with my insurance. When questioning the charge, they said pay or we will turn you away. I paid the money, was told they had called in a prescription and on my way out questioned the charge again and was told to leave or they would call the police. Hope they respond to this review, apologize and send me a $25 check. DON'T GO THERE! Vets treat animals with more compassion than they do their patients. Once was enough for me. My visit was at the 1200 Vester Ave Clinic shortly after noon on 9-14-2017.
Went in with a sore throat and sinus stuff came out with a $173 cough medicine that isnt working I'm on day 5 of being sick and I am worse now then when I started not trying to be sick at Christmas!
Terrible. Someone named Amber locks the doors early. Dr Doza shouldn't be allowing this. If that doctor is in on the locking of doors early then they should be fired. Amber is rude and careless of the patients. She needs some serious training. Or better yet to be let go immediately. I'd of left zero stars but that wasn't an option. Horrible place.
