This was the worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had. I walked in, and ended up waiting an hour. I requested a full acrylic set. That's it. After waiting, a lady came over stinking of Body Odor and took my hands and put them in her piles of nail dust. Her entire work area was covered in it. I was disgusted. She proceeded to tell me I had ugly hands because my nails were short and that she didn't like the color I chose. When she began, it actually hurt as she ripped layer after layer off and got down to my nail being raw. Whatever she put on them after, burned. She got acrylic all over my finger, (which I had to rip off that night, my fingers did bleed) and when I got up to wash my hands as instructed, she immediately helped someone else, having not finished with me. I went to this salon to get my mom and I a pedicure and the staff was not professional. They helped customers that came in after us and left us sitting in the pedicure chairs, ignored. One lady said she would help us after fixing someone's nail, and then she didn't come and continued with another customers nails. A man came and sat down and started but then stopped and said another lady would come and do our pedicure. Finally, we left, and no one there seemed to even care.
My sons bought me 2 gift certificates for Christmas, they expired 6/23/17 unbeknownst to me. I called the morning of 6/24/17 to see if they would honor them. I was told absolutely NOT! They didn't even care when I told them they had just lost a customer!!
Loveeeeee the way V does my nails he’s the best in my opinion.
Over my fingers and made it uneven and blamed me because I was "moving to much". I have never had an issue and I have gotten acrylic for years. She butchered my hands. I will never go back.
