By far a great place to work out and feel among friends. Pat and crew are a first class act. We are fortunate to have them in Springfield!
This is not your ordinary fitness center. A lot of different classes are being offered and the instructors are great. Classes are included with your membership. Great personal trainers for a very reasonable price. All staff members are super friendly and very knowledgeable. The equipment is all new and the staff keeps the everything very clean. This is the 1st gym I really like.
