I can't even imagine what type of person might leave less than a 4 for Rural KIng. Popcorn, coffee, pleasant happy workers, prices that are awesome compared to the competition one block over, what? Here's a useful factoid: Rural King sells their hardware by the pound (not by the piece as do the box stores that dominated for so long here). Rural King is an asset to our community. end of story.
Once the grill was located a team of 4 determined Rural King staff worked most diligently to load it into my tiny car. Without one complaint from anyone. Thank you all.
Just came in for some drinking water and all they had was 2 broken cases with some missing. So I asked 3 different employees if they had anymore but no one was either able to check inventory or willing. So I took the 2 broken cases and got no help at the register, no greeting, no thank you, no offer to check if they had any more, same rude service I get most of the time I go in there, the employees could use a lesson in just being friendly but like checking inventory I am guessing that is above their pay grade.
Danielle & Angela are amazing. This is my new go to Rural King (favorite store). Great group of leaders, and associates. Great all around store.
