NEVER take a car here that has low profile wheels on it. The wheels will get chewed up and they will tell you that they didn't do it and that you must have curbed the rims. They will deny any wrongdoing. But if your wheels are standard they do the best car wash.
Hands down this is best place in town. Appreciate the energy of the staff and the services provided. And owner always on top of what's going on. NICE PLACE GREAT JOB THANKS

Best Car wash in town with a MAJOR BUT.
I paid extra for various extras. It was close to closing. We had to vacuum the car out and clean it up once home. I've been a loyal customer with our vehicles. I called the next morning and spoke to the manager. I nicely explained the situation. He stated I could bring it back, I told him I was traveling (Saturday)and would need to bring it Monday. The manger said since it sounded like I took care of it myself with cleaning and vacuuming then there's nothing he can do. POOR customer service no loyalty to on going customers.
I like to go here when I want a full service wash. Especially my tires. They are honestly the best in Springfield.
U have 4 days to get a half price rewash too.
