I've done business with the Springfield, Ohio Grismer store for several years.
I’ve been a customer for over 7 years and they have taken care of all of my vehicles and they service is by far the best I’ve ever had! They are honest and fair and treat you like family! They go out of their way to get you the best price possible in order to save you money! Even when I see any of the staff out in public they say hi and have a friendly conversation with you!

Went here for new tires only for them to try to take advantage of me and up sell me. Not only was a tire protection package costing $50 added without my consent, my car was revved multiple times in the garage. I'm assuming because my car had an aftermarket exhaust. Totally unacceptable way to treat a customer. Will be following up with corporate. Wouldn't recommend to worst enemy.
