If I could leave no stars I would. I have never serviced my vehicle here and I most certainly will keep it that way. 18+ phone calls with voice mails to various members of service staff and human resources, service directors etc. I have never spoken to any of the staff besides the front desk or received a phone call back after leaving any messages. I have offered to stop in to make it easier and was told that they're "too busy" and it would be better to call again. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced and again I haven't even serviced my vehicle or spoken to anyone aside from the desk associate.
Unfortunately, I chose to bring my truck here this morning because of a slow leak in one of our tires. A month ago I came here for service on the blu def system, and they observed that the tire was slowly losing air. (The truck was here several days) I guess that is why I came back... that repair was over $700. (Mice damage to wires). Now I question that charge as well.
I took my aged 1999 Dodge Intrepid (179,000 miles) for service. I have taken this car for service at Jeff Wyler since I made the purchase there in '99. This car is in good condition because of the care and service it receives at this dealership. I actually pass other dealerships to get to Springfield. The honest service and friendly experience is well worth my drive. Lance and his team do a fantastic job.
I told the rep again that I was not satisfied with today's experience and would be leaving a review. He simply said he was sorry I felt that way.

To try and give them a chance to satisfy me I asked to speak with the manager. He pointed down to a guy sitting within earshot of all our conversation. The manager said nothing.
I tried to stop the work, but it was too late as they had already started.
I am not sure why they took so long... according to google it is a 5 min job. I was there for over an hour and a half.

Costly Mistake to come here.
I agreed to let them do this. However, I immediately remembered having Custom Tire in downtown Springfield repair a valve stem for $20. I talked to the service rep about the cost.. he talked with the service tech and reduced the cost to $134.
Today, they tell me it is the valve stem that needs replaced. They said it would be $169.
