I have been going to Mallia for over five years and have always had a good experience. The staff make you feel at home even when you're a stranger and they take great care of you. My sister had her bridal party at Mallia and the service couldn't have been better; everyone was pampered and prettied. The staff is very talented and I always walk out of Mallia feeling new and fresh and beautiful.

One of the best features of the salon's services is the one on one consultation I have with my stylist before every cut and color. Dee really listens to what I am looking for and works with me to customize a look that meshes well with my work-life, persona;-life, AND looks good on me.
love this place and the people in it. I have been coming to Mallia Salon and Day Spa for over 10 years and have always been treated like a family member. I have never walked out the door unsatisfied with the salon or the spa's services and have made a great deal of friends. Customer services is taken very seriously, and Robert and his staff do an excellent job of making you feel welcome.
Love Mallia! They're attentive to my needs, kind and professional. It's a little pricey, but the service is the best I have had ever in regards to hair salons. Plus, I've never had my hair done by a male and I was thoroughly impressed by the results.
I have been coming to Mallia for about a year. All the staff is very attentive to my needs. The location is easily accessible. The Salon is very relaxing. They all go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy and feeling like a million bucks. I'm amazed at the talent within this group in seeing the before and after looks when I'm there. I am extremely picky about my hair. I came from a salon that left my hair badly damaged and unhealthy. Bobby and Charlotte worked to get my hair healthy and me feeling wonderful. David is great with follow up calls and making sure I have what I need. I was always hesitant to go to a Salon and Spa knowing the services may cost a bit more, but let me tell you, it is well worth the money to get quality results. Springfield is lucky to have such talented people!
