The service at this store is higher quality than the Fairborn store. Every visit to this store finds some food item out of stock and not available to the customer. This is a reflection on the ownership's management of this franchise.

Absolutely awful. This Tim Hortons location frequently messes up my order with today being no exception. To start off, when my husband and I were trying to order the girl taking our order interrupted multiple times. After repeating our order 3 times we finally pulled up to the window and paid. My order was a large iced coffee with 3 sugars and 2 cream. The coffee that I was handed was completely white and the texture of whole milk because of the excessive amount of creamer added to it. When I asked how many creams were added , the girl working the window said three. We repeated our order multiple times and she even repeated it back to us to confirm and yet they still somehow managed to get it wrong. Three creams in a large coffee would not make it completely white. This is just one of many encounters with their poor service.
People are friendly, service sightly longer than average due to understaffing it appears, food is ok.
